Arbitration
Arturo Aza specializes in solving civil conflicts, and in administrative-contested, and constitutional procedures.
He counsels on designing strategies, implementation and representation in administrative-contested and constitutional law processes related to contracts entered with the Peruvian state.
He participates in the judicial defense of interests before decisions of the different entities that are part of the public administration. In other words, the regulatory bodies, tax authorities, ministries, INDECOPI or regional and local governments related to recognizing rights, imposing sanctions, issuing authorizations, licenses, etc., and is an extrajudicial conciliator at the Centro Peruano de Prevención y Solución de Conflictos.
Arturo has taught Civil Procedural law (2006) and Civil law (2003-2004) at Universidad de Lima and Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazón (2003-2006). He is a Professor of the Legal act course at Universidad de Piura.
