Public Procurement

Augusto Effio specializes in administrative law with an emphasis on public procurement.

He counsels on public procurement, and administrative law in general. He was technical normative director of the Supervisory Agency of Public Procurement (OSCE) and Director of Logistics of the Ministry of Production.

Augusto has offered advice and consulting to different entities of the public sector. He teaches at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas.
