Labor
Carlos Quispe is a specialist in labor conflict resolution.
His practice on labor and employment dispute resolutions and designing strategies and defense in labor claims, as well as constitutional and administrative labor process.
He has served as Chief Judge of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima (2003-2013) and as Deputy Director of the General Directorate for Employment Promotion and Vocational Training of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (1999-2003).
Carlos is professor at the Graduate School of Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC) and a public/private arbitrator in the National Registry of Collective Negotiations Arbitrators.
