Labor
Carlos Quispe specializes in labor litigations.
He focuses his professional practice in solving labor conflicts and designing strategies and defense in labor lawsuits, as well as constitutional and administrative disputes on labor.
He has served as chief judge of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima (2003 -2013) and as deputy director in the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (1999 – 2003).
Carlos is Professor of the Master of Labor Law at the University of San Martín de Porres and exhibitor at graduate and specialization courses in labor matters. He regularly publishes articles in legal journals.
