Daniel Chancafe specializes in civil litigation, with an emphasis on contentious-administrative and constitutional processes.
His practice focuses on the defense of individuals in judicial disputes in which the judicial control of arbitrary acts, resolutions or omissions of the public administration is discussed in contentious-administrative and constitutional proceedings (tax and regulatory matters, among others).
He has been an assistant professor in the Theory of Evidence and Executive Protection and Precautionary Protection courses at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
