He received his law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He especialized in corporate law, banking, litigation and arbitration.
He held important public offices at State level. He was Minister of Justice, congressman and Ambassador on Special Mission to Colombia, Panamá, México and the United States during the Perú – Ecuador conflict.
He passed away in 2001.
