Ernesto Cárdenas specializes in labor contracting, immigration, collective bargaining and social security matters.

He advises companies in the hiring of national and foreign personnel, social security matters, labor cost reduction, salary planning, termination of labor ties, collective bargaining, as well as in inspection processes and in administrative and judicial proceedings related to his area of specialization.

Ernesto is a professor at the Graduate School of the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and at Universidad ESAN. He has been assistant professor in several labor law courses at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2003-2004).

He has been recognized in the Labour & Employment section of the international guide Chambers & Partners Latin America and in Legal 500.
