Eulogio Peña specializes in advising companies on labor matters.

He focuses his professional practice on conflict resolution and the design of strategies in our clients’ labor proceedings, as well as in constitutional matters, contentious issues, and administrative procedures before the administrative labor authority.

He has experience in advising dierent private companies, both national and foreign, of various economic sectors, in the preparation of remuneration proposals, hiring of workers, dismissal procedures, productive decentralization (labor intermediation and outsourcing of services), and audits to verify compliance with labor obligations, among other issues.

He is a professor at the Graduate and Undergraduate Schools of the Universidad Científica del Sur.
