Fátima Benavides specializes in labor law and employment matters.

She counsels companies on personnel hiring, termination mechanisms, implementation of labor policies, compensation planning, compliance with labor obligations, labor audits, among others. She also assists clients in matters regarding the outsourcing of business activities (outsourcing and intermediation).

Fátima is a teaching assistant of Labor Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Themis Civil Association (2014).
