Fernanda Falcone specializes in judicial litigation and civil-commercial arbitration, as well as disputes related to the hydrocarbons and telecommunications sectors.

She is a lawyer from the Universidad del Pacífico and her practice focuses on commercial arbitrations administered by the Lima Chamber of Commerce, the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru, the CARC PUCP, as well as Ad Hoc arbitrations under UNCITRAL rules.

She also has experience in judicial proceedings for the enforcement and annulment of awards before the Judiciary. In addition, she advises companies in contentious-administrative proceedings.

Fernanda is currently assistant professor in the Legal Act and Special Contracts courses at Universidad del Pacífico.
