He has experience in the structuring and negotiation of mergers & acquisitions and corporate reorganizations, and in the design and implementation of legal structures for the organization and development of businesses.

He counsels companies and investors in corporate, commercial, and civil matters, as well as in arbitrations related to corporate, commercial and investment matters, both national and international.

Francisco also counsels clients on privacy and data protection compliance, particularly within the framework of corporate operations.

He is professor of Corporations in the Faculty of Law of the Pontifica Universidad Católica del Perú and has been Chairman of the Civil Association Ius Et Veritas (2009-2011) which publishes the well-known law journal of the same name.
