Labor
Greta Monge specializes in labor law with emphasis on consulting, conflicts resolution, and occupational health and safety.
She counsels on work termination procedures, labor employment regulatory compliance, as well as administrative procedures: labor inspection, Essalud, etc. She advises dierent companies on occupational health and safety, evaluation and implementation of workplace health and safety management system. She has extensive knowledge of the legal basis of each sector standards.
Greta has been a professor and speaker in several specialization courses on labor and workplace health and safety at ESAN and other institutions.
