Tax
Lourdes Castillo specializes in tax law with emphasis on consulting, planning and dispute resolution.
She provides tax advisory services to companies on the adoption of efficient legal structures, as well as on administrative procedures, consulting and projects related to this matter.
Lourdes counsels on audit proceedings done by the National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration (SUNAT) and other tax authorities; as well in tax proceedings and judicial procedures.
She has written several articles and has been lecturer, among others, at the National Tax Law Conferences (in 2012 and 2021), organized by the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law (IPDT).
