Arbitration
Lucía Rodrigo specializes in international and domestic arbitration.
Lucía has experience in international investment arbitration administered by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and international commercial arbitration administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). She also has extensive experience in international taxation.
She holds a Master’s degree in Law from Yale University, after graduating as a lawyer with the first place in her law class at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. In 2019 she received the award for having obtained the Best Weighted Average in the 100-year history of the Law School.
Lucía worked for two years in the international arbitration and disputes team of the New York office of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.
She has been a teaching assistant for the courses on Public Limited Companies (2020), Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law Seminar (2020) and “Property, Institutional Design and Social Justice” (2020) at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a teaching assistant for the Real Property Rights course at the same University (2014-2015).
