Tax

Luis De la Cruz specializes in tax consulting, litigation and tax planning.

He provides tax advisory services to national and foreign companies, with emphasis on taxation related to natural resources.

He counsels on tax planning issues, as well as on administrative procedures before the Tax administration and Tax Court, as well as cases before the Peruvian Judiciary.

He is a member of the Research Group of International Tax Law (GIDIT) of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and he is an author of several articles on tax matters published in specialized media.

Luis is a teaching assistant and an assistant professor in the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
