Mario Pasco specializes in advising companies on labor issues.

He counsels companies on contracting national and foreign personnel, social security issues, labor costs reduction, compensations planning, termination of work, as well as on inspection and audit processes, on administrative and judicial procedures related to his specialty. He also assists our clients by answering labor inquiries.

Mario has been appointed Secretary of Trust of the Constitutional Court of the Supreme Court. He chairs the Labor Committee of the Lima Chamber of Commerce, of which he has also been Director, and has been professor of Collective Labor law at Universidad del Pacífico.
