Nicolás Alarcón specializes in civil litigation and arbitration.
Nicolás has experience in arbitrations settled by the International Chamber of Commerce, the Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce, the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) or the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). Likewise, he represents clients in investment arbitration, international or domestic commercial arbitration, as well as related civil litigation proceedings.
