Paul Nina specializes in tax advice, transfer pricing and tax processes.
He provides legal advice on transfer pricing matters and on the support of transactions carried out between related parties before the Tax Administration.
Paul sponsors clients in inspection and claim procedures before SUNAT, appeals in administrative headquarters before the Tax Court and in contentious-administrative processes before the Judiciary in tax matters.
In addition, he is the author of articles on transfer pricing published in specialized journals on the subject.
