Raúl Zúñiga specializes in national and international arbitration and domestic litigation.
His practice focuses on the formulation and execution of strategies for the resolution of disputes in arbitrations administered under the regulations of the International Chamber of Commerce, the Lima Chamber of Commerce, the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru, among others. He has advised on corporate disputes, post M&A, commercial concessions, real estate, sports, investment, construction and financing.
Raúl has published articles related to contract law and international investment law for Brill Nijhoff and Oxford University Press. He is the author of the Peru chapter in Edward Elgar’s Encyclopedia of Comparative Law.
