Rodrigo García specializes in corporate, commercial, financial, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions law.

He provides advisory on the negotiation and structuring of financings, mergers and acquisitions, and issuance of public and private debt of local companies. He also has extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters in general, including comprehensive legal advice to companies supervised by the Superintendence of the Securities Market (SMV).

Rodrigo is a former member and has been Chief Financial Officer of DERUP Editores Civil Association – FORSETI Magazine.
