Sabrina Montoya specializes in corporate, aviation law, and insurance.

She counsels Peruvian and foreign companies on corporate, commercial and contractual issues in dierent stages. She also counsels foreign and local insurance and reinsurance companies, brokers, intermediaries and insureds in regulatory, civil and corporate matters as well as in claims handling issues and coverage in all types of incidents, throughout dierent industry sectors. In aviation, she assists aircraft owners, lessors and financial institutions in transactions relating to the acquisition, sale, use and finance of aircraft for the main regional carriers. She also advises air carriers on civil aviation, regulatory and corporate matters for the commercial and private transport of passengers and cargo. Likewise, she continuously receives instructions from reinsurers to handle claims related to aviation accidents and incidents.
