Talía Hormaeche is an associate of the natural resources area, and she is a specialist in hydrocarbons and transactions matters.
Talía counsels oil and gas companies, participates in the analysis of regulatory aspects in due diligence processes, in the negotiation and execution of concession contracts for hydrocarbons transportation and natural gas distribution, as well as in designing and negotiating supply and construction contracts needed to develop activities in the hydrocarbons sector.
