Zaida Azabache specializes in tax law with an emphasis on tax defense and consulting.

She advises on audit procedures initiated by the National Superintendence of the Tax Administration (SUNAT) and other tax authorities, tax litigation procedures before the Tax Administration and the Tax Court, as well as in administrative litigation before the Judiciary related to tax matters.

Zaida provides tax advisory services to domestic and foreign companies with emphasis on taxation in mining and other extractive industries.

She is an assistant for the Substantive Tax Law course in the Master’s Degree in Tax Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
