ADOPTION OF HEALTH PROTOCOLS APPLICABLE TO INDUSTRIAL FISHERY VESSELS
By Ministerial Resolution N° 118-2021-PRODUCE, published in the Official Gazette El Peruano, today Tuesday, April 20, 2021, the Health Protocols on Industrial Fishery (Indirect Human Consumption) carried out by the steel and wood fleet were adopted.
The Protocols are set out in Annex 1 called "Protocol for Industrial Fishery" and in Annex 2 called & quot; Protocol for Industrial Timber Fishery Vessels", which are part of the aforementioned resolution and are published on the website of the Ministry of Production www.gob.pe/produce.
These Protocols are complementary to the "Guidelines for the surveillance, prevention and control of the health of workers at risk of exposure to SARS-CoV-2" adopted by the Ministry of Health with Ministerial Resolution No. 972-2020-MINSA.
Finally, it is important to point out that with this ruling the previous Protocols that were adopted by Resolution N° 370-2020-PRODUCE are repealed.
