By virtue of Ministerial Order No. 291-2019-PRODUCE published June 28, 2019, the Bill of the Supreme Executive Order amends Section 1 of the Supreme Executive Order No. 019-2007-PRODUCE that sets forth “the obligations which enforcement thereof shall be proof for the authorization for departure to be issued to fishing vessels”.
Such Bill proposes to incorporate one last paragraph to Section 1 of said Supreme Executive Order, which, for artisanal fishing vessels, only the supplemental risk work insurance, Affidavit by the Fishing Vessel Skipper, and payment of provisions will be enforceable thereto.
Deadline for opinions will be 10 calendar days upon its publication.
