I. Suspension of hake resources fishing activities in northern maritime domain, except for artisanal fleet authorized pursuant to Ministerial Order No. 317-2019-PRODUCE
Pursuant to Ministerial Order No. 360-2019-PRODUCE published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on August 24, 2019, it is set forth to suspend fishing activities of hake (Merluccius gayi peruanus) resources conducted north of the 04°00’S latitude of the Peruvian maritime domain for 42 calendar days as of 00:00 hours, August 25, 2019. In addition, it is set forth to process hake (Merluccius gayi peruanus) resources caught north of 04°00’S latitude of the Peruvian maritime domain before the effective date of this Ministerial Order within a maximum term of 48 hours upon commencement of suspension.

Pursuant to Ministerial Order No. 335-2019-PRODUCE published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on August 9, 2019, it is set forth to update the prioritized list of projects to be executed under the framework of the mechanism pursuant to Consolidated Text of Act No. 29230 and the Consolidated Text of Regulation of the Act No. 29230, such list being approved by virtue of Section 1 of Ministerial Order No. 133-2019-PRODUCE, as detailed below:
II.Supreme Executive Order approving the Fishery and Aquaculture Subsector Environmental Management Regulation
Pursuant to Supreme Executive Order No. 012–2019-PRODUCE published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on August 11, 2019, it is set forth to approve the Fishery and Aquaculture Subsector Environmental Management Regulation.
III. Providing publication of the bill of “Ministerial Order approving the payment procedure for forfeiture of waste, discards and hydrobiological products detailed in Subsection 49.9 and 49.10 of Fishery and Aquaculture Activities Control and Sanction Regulation, Section 49, approved by Supreme Executive Order No. 017-2017-PRODUCE”
Pursuant to Supreme Executive Order No. 359-2019-PRODUCE published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on August 24, 2019, it is set forth to publish on the Ministry of Production website (www.gob.pe/produce) the Ministerial Order approving the payment procedure for forfeiture of waste, discards and hydrobiological products detailed in Subsection 49.9 and 49.10 of Fishery and Aquaculture Activities Control and Sanction Regulation, Section 49, approved by Supreme Executive Order No. 017-2017-PRODUCE, in order to receive comments and/or contributions by citizens within a 30-calendar day term from August 24, 2019.
IV. Amendment to Exhibit I titled “MINIMUM CATCH SIZE AND MAXIMUM TOLERANCE OF JUVENILE SPECIMENS FOR CATCHING MAIN SEAWATER FISHES” of the Ministerial Order No. 209-2001-PE regarding liza resources
Pursuant to Ministerial Order No. 361-2019-PRODUCE published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on August 24, 2019, it is set forth to amend Exhibit I titled “MINIMUM CATCH SIZE AND MAXIMUM TOLERANCE OF JUVENILE SPECIMENS FOR CATCHING MAIN SEAWATER FISHES” of the Ministerial Order No. 209-2001-PE regarding liza (Mugil cephalus) resources as per the following details:
I. Appointment of General Manager and Director of the Management Office of the Peruvian Administration of Fishery Health (SANIPES)
Pursuant to Administrator’s Order No. 068-2019-SANIPES/PE published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on August 12, 2019, it is set forth to appoint Ricardo Augusto OBERTI IZQUIERDO as General Manager, and Jorge Luis ROMÁN VELAOCHAGA as Director of the Management Office of the Peruvian Administration of Fishery Health (SANIPES); both as provided for by the Temporary Assignment of Personnel Table (Temporary CAP) as a confidential position of the Entity.
II. Appointment of Chief of the General Division of Fishery and Aquaculture Policies and Regulatory Analysis, Office of the Vice-Minister of Fishery and Aquaculture
Pursuant to Ministerial Order No. 347-2019-PRODUCE published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on August 15, 2019, it is set forth to appoint Silvia Irene VELÁSQUEZ SILVA as Chief of the General Division of Fishery and Aquaculture Policies and Regulatory Analysis, Office of the Vice-Minister of Fishery and Aquaculture, Ministry of Production.
III. Appointment of Director of the Legal Advise Office of SANIPES
Pursuant to Administrator’s Order No. 071-2019-SANIPES/PE published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on August 18, 2019, it is set forth to appoint Mercedes GOVEA REQUENA as Director of the Legal Advise Office, SANIPES, as provided for by the Temporary Assignment of Personnel Table (Temporary CAP) as a confidential position of the Entity.
