By Ministerial Resolution 030-2019-PRODUCE, published in El Peruano Official Gazette on February 3, 2019, extraction activities of Anchovy (Engraulis ringens) and White Anchovy (Anchoa nasus) are suspended between February 4 and 13 in the area comprising 16°30’S and 16°45’S, from 5 to 15 nautical miles of distance to the coast. The suspension is applicable to the extraction conducted by fishing vessels operating under Ministerial Resolution 587-2018-PRODUCE.
By Ministerial Resolution 041-2019-PRODUCE, published in El Peruano Official Gazette on February 9, 2019, the extraction activities of Anchovy (Engraulis ringens) and White Anchovy (Anchoa nasus) are suspended from February 10 until the Peruvian Marine Research Institute (IMARPE) recommends that the extraction activities continue in the area between 16º00’LS and the south end of the Peruvian maritime domain. The suspension is applicable to the extraction conducted by fishing vessels operating under Ministerial Resolution 587-2018-PRODUCE.
Ministerial Resolution 029-2019-PRODUCE, published in El Peruano Official Gazette on February 1, 2019 orders the publication of the Draft Ministerial Resolution, which approves the “Protocol for Monitoring of Effluents from Industrial Fishing Establishments for Direct and Indirect Consumption” in the institutional website of the Ministry of Fisheries and Industry (www.produce. gob.pe) in order to receive opinions and suggestions from citizens until March 15, 2019. The opinions and suggestions must be sent to the headquarters of the Ministry of Fisheries and Industry to the attention of the General Bureau for Policies and Regulatory Analysis in Fishing and Aquaculture of the Vice-Minister’s Office for Fishing and Aquaculture.
Ministerial Resolution 043-2019-PRODUCE, published in El Peruano Official Gazette on February 12, 2019, orders the publication of the Draft “Executive Order amending the Regulations for Fishing Legislation of Hake,” approved by Executive Order 016-2003-PRODUCE, and the Statement of Reasons, in the institutional website of the Ministry of Fisheries and Industry (www.gob.pe/produce) to receive opinions and suggestions from citizens until March 13, 2019. The opinions and suggestions must be sent to the headquarters of the Ministry of Fisheries and Industry to the attention of the General Bureau for Policies and Regulatory Analysis in Fishing and Aquaculture.

These opinions and suggestions must be sent to the headquarters of the Ministry of Fisheries and Industry to the attention of the General Bureau for Policies and Regulatory Analysis in Fishing and Aquaculture.

These opinions and suggestions must be sent to the Ministry of Fisheries and Industry to the attention of the General Bureau for Policies and Regulatory Analysis in Fishing and Aquaculture.
By Resolution of the Head’s Office 027-2019-FONDEPES/J, published in El Peruano Official Gazette on February 22, 2019, Mr. Félix Arturo Chía Reynaga, Coordinator of the IT and Communication Department of the General Administration Office, is appointed as the person in charge of preparing and updating the Transparency Website of the National Fisheries Development Fund.
Ministerial Resolution 060-2019-PRODUCE, published in El Peruano Official Gazette on February 26, 2019, orders the publication of the Draft “Executive Order amending the Sanitary Standard for Living Bivalve Mollusks, approved by Executive Order 07-2004-PRODUCE” and the corresponding Statement of Reasons in the institutional website of the Ministry of Fisheries and Industry (www.gob.pe/produce) in order to receive opinions and suggestions from citizens until March 8, 2019. These opinions and suggestions must be sent to the headquarters of the Ministry of Fisheries and Industry to the attention of the General Bureau for Policies and Regulatory Analysis in Fishing and Aquaculture.
