The list of administrative procedures of the Ministry of Energy and Mines for the hydrocarbon subsector is adopted, the processing of which is not subject to the suspension of deadlines
Through Ministerial Resolution No. 148-2020-MINEM/DM published in the Official Gazette «El Peruano», on June 4, 2020 (hereinafter, the «RM«), the list of administrative procedures of the Ministry of Energy and Mines (hereinafter, “MINEM”) was adopted for the electricity and hydrocarbon subsectors, whose processing is not subject to the suspension of deadlines established by Emergency Decrees No. 026-2020 and 029-2020, and their extensions. The RM provides that said procedures are handled through the Virtual Court Registry and electronic notifications shall be made through the MINEM’s electronic notification platform (SIGED).
Specifically, in relation to the hydrocarbon subsector, the procedures excepted from the aforementioned suspension of terms are detailed in the following tables:
