Standard agreements for public telecommunications services were adopted
On Friday, December 4, 2020, General Management Resolution No. 311-2020-GG/OSIPTEL was published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, adopting the standard agreements for public telecommunications services (the “Resolution“).
The Resolution has adopted version 1.0 of the standard agreements including their general considerations, annexes and the user’s rights information card, which must be attached in all cases.
This Resolution includes a total of eleven standard agreements to be used by telecommunications operators for the following services: (i) public mobile service control or postpaid, (ii) public mobile service prepaid, (iii) packaged services, (iv) fixed telephony service, (v) fixed internet access service, and (vi) pay television service.
