Resumption of deadlines and electronic notification from SUNAFIL
On June 11, 2020, the deadlines for all inspection, sanctioning and other procedures before SUNAFIL were resumed, which were suspended as a result of the State of National Emergency.
In January of this year, SUNAFIL provided for the mandatory use of the electronic mailbox as the main means of communication with the applicants (companies and workers) that participate in actions and proceedings before said entity.
In view of this, companies with proceedings before SUNAFIL must follow the following steps:
