I. The First Season of Anchovy Fishery in the North – Central Zone is terminated
By Ministerial Resolution Nº 242-2021-PRODUCE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on August 12, 2021, the first fishery season for anchovy (Engraulis ringens) and white anchovy (Anchoa nasus) in the north-central zone comprised between the northern end of the maritime domain and 16°00′ SL as from 00.00 hours of the day following the publication of this resolution was terminated.
I. Publication of the draft that amends several articles of the Regulation of Sanitary Control of Fishery and Aquaculture Activities.
By Resolution of the Executive Presidency Nº 043-2021-SANIPES/PE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on August 25, 2021, several articles amending the Regulation on Sanitary Control of Fishery and Aquaculture Activities adopted by RPE Nº 036-2020-SANIPES/PE were published for 5 calendar days on the Institutional Portal of the National Fishery Health Agency www.sanipes.gob.pe.
II. Enactment of provisions regulating the Coercive Execution Procedure in the Ministry of Production
By means of Ministerial Resolution Nº 263-2021-PRODUCE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on August 28, 2021, General Directive Nº 004-2021-PRODUCE adopted provisions regulating the coercive execution procedure by means of an annex published in the Institutional Portal of the Ministry of Production www.gob.pe/produce.
I. Appointment of Chief of Cabinet of Advisors and other advisors in the Ministerial Office of the Ministry of Production
By means of Ministerial Resolutions Nº 220 – 221 and 222-2021-PRODUCE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on August 4, 2021, respectively, Mr. Paby Jhony Cáceres Vargas was appointed as Chief of Cabinet of Advisors; Mr. Emilio Farid Matuk Castro was appointed as Advisor II; and Mr. Efraín Hipólito Arana Salinas was appointed as Advisor II in the Ministerial Office of the Ministry of Production.
II. Appointment of Secretary-General and Advisor in the Ministry of Production
By Ministerial Resolutions Nº 232 and 233-2021-PRODUCE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on August 6, 2021, Mr. Guido Alex Barboza Quispe was appointed as Secretary-General and Ms. Lisel Huanca Palomino as Advisor II, respectively.
III. Appointment of Advisors in the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Production
By Ministerial Resolutions Nº 237 and 238-2021-PRODUCE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on August 10, 2021, Ms. Synthia Kelly Delgado Serrano and Mr. Jaime Huanca Mamani were appointed respectively as Advisors II.
IV. Appointment of General Director of Policies and Regulatory Analysis in Fisheries and Aquaculture in the Ministry of Production
By Ministerial Resolution Nº 247-2021-PRODUCE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on August 13, 2021, Mr. Carlos Alberto Mendoza Mendoza was appointed as General Director of Policies and Regulatory Analysis in Fisheries and Aquaculture.
V. Appointment of Advisor in the Ministerial Office of the Ministry of Production
By Ministerial Resolution Nº 248-2021-PRODUCE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on August 13, 2021, Mr. Raúl Jorge Mendoza Bojorquez was appointed as Advisor II.
VI. Appointment of the Director of Promotion and Artisanal Fishery Formalization in the Ministry of Production
By Ministerial Resolution Nº 250-2021-PRODUCE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on August 13, 2021, Mr. Ricardo Contreras Calla was appointed as Director of Promotion and Artisanal Fishery Formalization.
VII. Appointment of Advisors in the Ministerial Office of the Ministry of Production
By Ministerial Resolutions Nº 256 and 258-2021-PRODUCE, published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano” on August 18, 2021, Mr. Raúl Eduardo Mauro Machuca and Mr. Eduardo Mora Asnarán were appointed respectively as Advisor II.
