Minimum requirements for the development of the hazard identification matrix, risk assessment and control measures (IPERC) are established.
By means of Supreme Decree No. 002-2020-TR published yesterday, Article 77 of the Regulation of the Law of Safety and Health at Work was modified regarding the update and minimum content of IPERC.
As of the date, the development of this document must consider the following:
The employer must update the IPERC regularly (without exceeding the one-year term), with the participation of the competent staff and if applicable, in consultation with the employees and their representatives before the Occupational Health and Safety Committee or Supervisor.
