New deadlines are set for the submission and correction of the Affidavit of Compliance with Obligations related to the Technical and Safety Conditions of the Supervised Units
Through General Management Resolution No. 97-2020-OS/GG published in the Official Gazette «El Peruano», on October 31, 2020, the Supervisory Agency for Investment in Energy and Mines – Osinergmin established new deadlines for the submission and correction of the Affidavit of Compliance with Obligations related to the Technical and Safety Conditions of the Supervised Units – PDJ corresponding to the year 2020, by those responsible for Refineries, Liquid Fuel Supply Plants and/or OPDH, Airport Supply Plants and Liquefied Petroleum Gas Supply Plants, as detailed below:
