On Saturday, June 18, Supreme Decree Nº 009-2022-MTC was published in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, which adopted the new Single Text of Administrative Procedures (TUPA) of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
The regulation updated the names, processing fees and deadlines applicable to the procedures followed before the Ministry of Transport and Communications. It also adopted the forms applicable to these procedures, which have been published on the Ministry’s website: https://portal.mtc.gob.pe/servicios_tramite/plataforma/tupa.html.
It must be added that the regulation provides that administrative procedures and services initiated prior to the entry into force of the new TUPA continue to be processed in accordance with the provisions of the previous TUPA, adopted by Supreme Decree Nº 008-2002-MTC.
