We also assist in obtaining permits, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and handling administrative sanction procedures.
In the downstream sector, we advise on all matters related to refining, processing, sale, storage, commercialization and transportation of oil, gas, and their derivatives (fuels, LPG, CNG, and compressed natural gas). Our practice also includes providing support in tariff setting procedures for regulated public utilities involving natural gas transportation and distribution through pipelines.
