Likewise, we manage the entire clearance process before the competition authority (INDECOPI), from the preparation and formal submission of the filing to the issuance of the corresponding approval. Our team handles both Phase 1 and Phase 2 proceedings in full, including reviewing and responding to comments from INDECOPI, participating in meetings with the authority, addressing requests for information, coordinating with the parties’ economic advisors, and negotiating commitments and remedies.

Our team conducts a thorough review of transactional documents—including confidentiality agreements, share purchase agreements, and economic reports—and prepares both ordinary and simplified notification forms.
