Fiorella Monge is an expert in the areas of Competition, Energy, Infrastructure and Concessions, and Public Services Regulation, as well as Merger Control and Antitrust. She has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, and project finance in regulated sectors.
She plays a key role in transactions requiring approval from the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI). She also provides strategic advice on antitrust compliance, information management and transaction structuring, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
Fiorella specializes in public service regulation, tenders, concessions, private initiatives, public-private partnerships, development of electricity and public infrastructure projects, and elimination of bureaucratic barriers.
Between 2018 and 2020 she worked at Sempra Energy (San Diego, California), in the sale of the company assets in Peru and Chile.
