Diana Briones provides strategic legal advice on the regulation of networks and essential public services. She has experience across regulated sectors including energy, sanitation, telecommunications, and public infrastructure granted to the private sector. 

She specializes in providing comprehensive legal services, with focus on regulatory compliance and the development of infrastructure projects in all their formats, adapting to complex regulatory environments. Her work includes public tenders, private initiatives, Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), management contracts, works for taxes, government-to-government agreements, and projects within the framework of social responsibility programs. She also advises on cooperation agreements with public entities. 

Diana has been involved in the design and development of some of the country’s most relevant projects, and has extensive cross-sector experience, including ports, airports, railways, road networks, cable cars, sanitation infrastructure, irrigation projects, gas pipelines, education, health, electricity, tourism, and mining infrastructure, among others. 

She also provides personalized legal counsel throughout all stages of a project’s life cycle, from strategic planning and initial legal structuring to the formation of partnerships between developers and start-up phase. Her support is specialized and continuous, with a strong focus on dispute prevention and management, ensuring the success of each project while always prioritizing progress and alignment with the clients' objectives. 

Currently, she is a member of the Executive Committee of Women in the Profession (WIP Peru) and serves as Director of the Official Chamber of Commerce of Spain in Peru (COCEP), where she is also part of the Iguales Committee.
