Arturo Aza specializes in civil conflict resolution, and in contentious-administrative, and constitutional procedures. 

He counsels on the design of strategies and their implementation, and sponsors in contentious-administrative and constitutional law proceedings related to contracts signed with the Peruvian State. 

Arturo participates in the judicial defense of interests regarding decisions—related to the recognition of rights, imposition of sanctions, and issuance of authorizations and licenses—made by the various entities that make up the public administration, including regulatory agencies, tax authorities, ministries, INDECOPI, or regional and local governments. 

He is an extrajudicial conciliator at the Peruvian Center for Prevention and Conflict Resolution. 

He currently teaches the course Legal Act at the Universidad de Piura (UDEP).
