Specialist with over 20 years of experience in administrative, environmental, and oil & gas law. 

She advises on environmental and natural resources, assisting companies across various productive sectors in administrative and judicial proceedings related to environmental matters, with a particular focus on the mining and energy sectors. She is an expert in permits, licenses, and authorizations for the use and/or exploitation of natural resources and has extensive experience representing companies in administrative litigations against regulatory agencies. 

Jenny has taught Environmental Law at the Universidad del Pacífico (UP), the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC), and the National Society of Mining, Oil, and Energy (SNMPE), among other institutions. She is a permanent professor in the Environmental Management diploma program at Universidad ESAN, and a frequent speaker at academic and business events. 

Chambers and Partners and Legal 500, among other international publications, consider her the country's highest-ranked lawyer in the area of environmental law, and she has been recognized, for several years, in Tier 1, in addition to being an individual leader in her practice area.
