Augusto Effio specializes in administrative law with an emphasis on public procurement.
Advisor on state procurement and administrative law in general. He has extensive knowledge of state administrative systems, especially public investment (invierte.pe), budget, indebtedness, procurement and human resources management (SERVIR).
Augusto has advised and consulted for different public entities, such as the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Banco de la Nación.
He was technical regulatory director of the State Procurement Supervisory Agency (OSCE) and director of Logistics of the Ministry of Production.
