Carolina Chipollini specializes in financing, mergers and acquisitions, and banking and financial law.
Carolina advises sponsors, financial institutions, multilateral entities and companies in bilateral and syndicated corporate finance, structured finance, project finance and capital markets transactions on a variety of industries.
She advises listed and unlisted companies, as well as private equity funds, on acquisitions, mergers, asset purchases and sales, and cross-border and local spin-offs, both in proprietary sales and M&A auctions. She also assists financial institutions and other clients with acquisition financing. She has experience advising clients across a variety of industries, including energy, infrastructure, and oil & gas companies.
Carolina is a member of the Venture Capital and Entrepreneurship practice group: she advises fintech and blockchain companies on doing business in Peru, strategic partnerships, and banking and financial regulation.
She was an International Visiting Associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in New York (2022-2023), where she worked with the Corporate and Finance teams on corporate, bilateral, and syndicated financings; acquisition financings; capital markets transactions and mergers; and acquisitions of energy and infrastructure companies, with an emphasis on Latin America.
