Cecilia leads the Legal Marketing and Business Development area.
Transactional lawyer, she heads the firm's legal marketing and business development team, where she is responsible for designing and executing strategies aimed at strengthening the firm's institutional positioning and consolidating client relationships.
Before joining the legal marketing and business development department, she was part of the firm's financing and mergers and acquisitions department, where she provided advice on the structuring and negotiation of project financing transactions, securities market financing, corporate financing, and mergers & acquisitions.
Cecilia has been an international lawyer at Greenberg Traurig, P.A. in the United States (2016) and an adjunct professor of the Mergers and Acquisitions course at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
