Specialist in banking and finance law, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. 

He advises on corporate and financial transactions, both domestic and international, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, capital markets, corporate and projects financing, venture capital, and derivatives. 

He provides legal counsel on the acquisition of Peruvian companies and assets, whether through direct transactions or public tender offers. He also advises shareholders on the sale of controlling stakes in both private held and publicly listed Peruvian companies. 

He has participated in numerous public securities offerings and placements —including shares, bonds, and commercial papers— representing both issuers and arrangers. He has also been involved in corporate, structured, and syndicated financings, as well as financial and infrastructure project leasings, representing both banks and corporate clients or sponsors. 

He was an international associate at the New York Office of White & Case, where he participated in sophisticated cross-border transactions. He was recognized by Latin Lawyer magazine as one of the 20 leading lawyers under 40 in Latin America and has been named a Highly Regarded Practitioner by the International Financial Law Review. 

He is currently a professor of Corporate Finance at Universidad de Lima (UL).
