Efraín Salazar specializes in finance law, mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and stock market.
He counsels national and foreign companies, as well as on merger, acquisition and corporate reorganization operations, and in administrative procedures due to violations of the stock market regulation.
Efraín participates in bank and syndicated loans granting procedures, and debt restructuring operations.
