Enrique Piedra specializes in white-collar crime related to business activity. 

He has extensive experience in the defense of aggrieved, denounced or prosecuted clients in preliminary investigations and judicial processes, as well as in the elaboration of adequate procedural strategies for the due protection of the rights of each client. 

Enrique was national coordinator in the Public Prosecutor’s Office Specialized in Crimes of Corruption, consultant in the Ombudsman’s Office, and associate in Estudio Benites, De las Casas, Forno & Ugaz. 

Likewise, he taught Criminal Procedural Law course at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
