Jacques D’Auriol specializes in banking and finance law, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate restructuring, insolvency and liquidation.
He also advises local and foreign companies on financial, civil, patrimonial, commercial and corporate matters.
Jacques advises on financial transactions, capital market issues, M&A transactions, business reorganization and due diligence processes.
He has been assistant of the Legal Act course at the Universidad del Pacífico (UP) and of the Written Expression course at the Universidad de Lima (UL), as well as head of the Typical Contracts course at the UL.
