He advises both local and international clients on complex cross-border transactions. His practice focuses on direct and syndicated financing transactions, and he represents domestic and foreign investors in financial, contractual, corporate, and commercial matters. He also has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating acquisitions and corporate reorganization processes, both nationally and internationally.
He has taught Civil Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
