Lourdes Castillo specializes in tax law with a focus on advisory services, tax, planning and dispute resolution.
She provides tax advisory services to companies on the adoption of efficient legal structures, as well as on administrative procedures, and tax related projects. Her extensive experience in tax consulting enables her to deliver comprehensive, tailored solutions, aligned with each client’s specific needs and objectives.
Lourdes counsels on audit proceedings conducted by the National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration (SUNAT) and other tax authorities; as well as on tax proceedings and related judicial actions.
She has written several articles and has been lecturer, among others, at the National Tax Law Conferences (in 2012 and 2021), organized by the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law (IPDT). She has been a technical speaker at the XXXII Latin American Conference on Tax Law (ILADT).
Lourdes has been recognized for two consecutive years as America's Tax Dispute Resolution Lawyer of the Year by Women in Business Law.
