Renzo Rossi specializes in corporate restructuring and insolvency, project and corporate financing, as well as mergers and acquisitions, with experience in complex transactions and high-profile insolvency proceedings, both locally and internationally.
He advises debtors, financial and strategic creditors in crisis situations, multilateral negotiations, refinancing, distressed M&A transactions, as well as private and insolvency liquidations, with a focus on business and value creation for the client.
Renzo has participated in some of the most significant restructuring processes in recent years, including the restructuring of the LATAM Airlines group, with an approximate enterprise value of US$16 billion, as well as the debt restructuring of one of the country's leading banks, for an approximate amount of US$80 million.
International publications such as Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 have recognized him continuously since 2023 as an “Associate to Watch” and “Rising Star,” respectively.
He has been a teaching assistant for courses in Restructuring and Insolvency at the Universidad del Pacífico (UP), and for Civil Law and Corporate Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). In 2023, he participated as an advisor in the debates and in the drafting of the reform of the General Law on Insolvency. He is the author of several academic publications.
