Specialist in corporate restructuring, insolvency and liquidation of corporations, corporate finance on distressed companies, mergers & acquisitions, as well as regulatory advisory in the banking and insurance sectors.
He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the lus et Veritas Civil Association and as director of its legal portal Ius 360°. He has also worked as an adjunct professor and teaching assistant in various courses at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
He was a member of the PUCP team that participated in the XIII International Arbitration Competition organized by the Universidad de Buenos Aires (2015), as well as in the XIII International Commercial Arbitration and Business Law Moot (MOOT Madrid), organized by Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), where the team achieved third place. In this competition, he was awarded the prize for Best Expert Witness Examination.
