Rodrigo García specializes in corporate, commercial, financial, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions law.
He advises on financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and public and private debt issuances. He has participated in the structuring, negotiation and execution of several complex transactions, including corporate acquisitions, bank financing and issuances of securities in the capital markets.
Rodrigo has solid experience in corporate and contractual matters, providing comprehensive advice to local and multinational companies, including those supervised by the Superintendency of the Securities Market (SMV). He has been involved in several corporate reorganization processes, as well as in the design and analysis of complex contractual structures, and in the management of legal risks in commercial relationships.
He was a member of the DERUP Editors Association – FORSETI Law Magazine, the journal of Universidad del Pacífico (UP), where he served as finance director.
